These tags are for animals under 12 months of age and intended for slaughter. If the animal is kept beyond 12 months, the single tag must be replaced with a Breeding Set of 2 tags.

This is a 1 piece tag that loops around the animal’s ear. The electronic side has a disk on the female side containing the chip. The disc helps the tag to sit flat against the ear and can help prevent rotation in the ear which can cause infection.

These tags are sold in multiples of 10, with the minimum order being 10. Any quantity can be ordered within the price bands.

The electronic tag is always yellow.

These tags use the Loop Tag Applicator.
