How to wash merino:

Merino is naturally odour-resistant, so it doesn’t need to be washed as often as other fabrics. You’ve probably heard that regular Merino clothing can get damaged in the washing machine. Bushbuck Merino’s durability means it’s washing machine safe, but we still recommend following these care instructions to extend the life and performance of your Merino gear.

• Machine wash with cold or warm water less than 30°C on a gentle cycle.

• Skip the spin cycle if you really want to take good care of your gear.

• Alternatively, hand wash with cold or warm water less than 30°C.

• We recommend using a mild, wool-approved laundry detergent.

• Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or heavy-duty stain remover.

• Do not tumble dry as merino can shrink when exposed to too much heat.

• Hang it up out of direct sunlight to dry.
